While earning his LMT, Zack specialized in deep-tissue and myofascial release massage modalities. His training included practicing in clinical and event settings with clients ranging from high school athletes to octogenarians.

Zack’s interest in massage and healthy movement began with his training in Systema, a Russian martial art. He expanded on this in Massage Therapy school, gaining exposure to Trigger Point, Reflexology, Positional Release, and various other modalities. He believes that massage can offer reprieve from stressful, chronic patterns of movement and living.
